Hello, my name is Alex and I created Quarma.

Quarma was born out of a difficult time in my life. A combination of mental and environmental obstacles had me feeling the lowest I had ever felt. I didn't know which way to turn, I was lost. I felt like there wasn't a known resource at my disposal I could use to help me find my way, to get out of that mental rut.

I never wanted anyone else to feel that way and as a result I began to create what I needed.

Quarma has evolved through the years as I have but the mission remains the same. To be a place for people to turn if they need help finding their way, a place where the community builds itself up, a resource hub.

It started as a clothing brand that aimed to do more. I believed to make my bigger ambitions for the brand possible, I needed to sell a product that would fund it, I was wrong. Quarma has always been more than clothing, its a movement. I took some time but now I feel Quarma is beginning to operate as it always should have, a lifestyle brand based on community and growth. The clothes help affirm our mission and support the projects, but the brand runs deeper than physical products.

I still don't have everything figured out and that's okay, let figure it out together.
